My coaching philosophy has developed from over 20 years of running through different seasons of life. From my coach mentors, I have learned that each athlete is unique, and a great training plan requires a good coach-athlete relationship. I believe that your "why" is one of the most important parts of achieving your goals and should be identified to help drive your training. I see it as my responsibility to truly get to know you. I will work hard to identify what inspires you and lean into your motivations to shape your training to promote long-term growth.
